Coffee arrived super quickly and was just as described! I brewed it in a Chemex and was very impressed with the taste. It is bold but not at all bitter with a nice sourness that is characteristic of Ethiopian coffee in my opinion. I recommend making this coffee with water that's under 198 deg F (92 deg C) which happens to be the boiling point in Ethiopia's highlands. I also shared this coffee with a friend who is quite particular about his coffee, and he was very satisfied. This is a great deal for premium quality single origin coffee. Skip the coffee aisle at Whole Foods and get this instead!
